Digitalization makes processes leaner

Revier Hospitality will use dailypoint to manage their guest data in the future.

The Swiss Revier Hospitality Group, based in Lenzerheide, has chosen dailypoint as a partner for its guest data management. With its two brands Privà and Revier, the group develops and operates innovative hospitality concepts that are geared to changing travel habits and tougher economic conditions. In the near future, it will use the hospitality technology solutions of the Munich-based company dailypoint.


Central data management with consolidated guest profiles


The cooperation already started two years ago, with the participation of dailypoint in the data migration to the new PMS of the hotel group, which was carried out together with agilotel consulting GmbH at that time. Now dailypoint takes over the complete guest data management. This customization enables Revier Hospitality Group to have centralized data management with a consolidated profile per guest, as well as deep integrations with the PMS and other technology partners such as hotelkit, Quicktext and Aleno.

Combine all data from different systems in one application


"With dailypoint, we have found an experienced partner that offers a wide range of CRM applications," says Benjamin Niederberger, Head of Innovation & Services at Revier Hospitality Group. Crucial for the choice of dailypoint were the good experiences so far and the possibility to combine all data from different systems in one application. "Dailypoint offers us the opportunity to further optimize our internal processes and communication with the guest," Niederberger continues.
